Congratulations on winning a special Outdoor Horse photoshoot ticket worth £75! With this ticket, you can book a photoshoot with me and only pay the mileage fee based on your location—beach, forest, or manor house, your choice.

This ticket covers one horse, but you can add more for £65 each.

If you want to donate your ticket, please get my permission first.

Not doing this will ultimately render the ticket invalid, which may lead to complications and inconveniences during the event.

It is crucial to follow the guidelines to ensure that your ticket remains valid and you can fully enjoy the experience.

Please note, the mileage charge applies only to one horse per booking. If two horses win tickets, each will be treated as a separate shoot, each incurring its own mileage fee. The mileage charge reflects your discount. My terms are non-negotiable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING BOOKING & VIEWING YOUR IMAGES

1. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will secure your chosen date and time for the photography session.

2. Payment
   The remaining balance is due 14 days before the session. You can pay using a contactless link, bank transfer, or cash at my studio.

3. Cancellation Policy
   If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the session. Cancellations made after this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Rescheduling
   Rescheduling is allowed up to one time without a fee, provided it is done at least 14 days before the original session date. Subsequent reschedules will incur a fee.

5. Viewing of Photos
   The viewing of photos will take place within a timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks following the date of the session. Clients can expect to receive a notification that provides detailed information regarding the viewing arrangements as the date approaches. Please note that Sarah will not hold onto or store any images for longer than a period of 6 weeks from the session date, ensuring that clients receive their cherished photographs in a timely manner.

6. Usage Rights
   Clients will receive a limited license to use the photographs for personal purposes. Any commercial use requires explicit written permission from Sarah Harvey Photographer.

7. Liability
   Sarah Harvey Photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the session. Clients are responsible for their own dogs safety and the safety of any guests present.

8. Weather Contingencies
   All outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, Sarah reserves the right to reschedule the session.

9. Model Release
   By booking a session, clients grant Sarah Harvey Photographer the right to use images for promotional purposes. If clients wish to opt-out, they must inform us prior to the session.
